Terms and Conditions
General information
Before booking a course, workshop, taster sessions or private lesson, you should read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
All our tango instructions are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By booking or accepting an offer from Bournemouthtango
to deliver the course, workshop, taster sessions or private lesson, or by accessing any of them, you indicate your acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions.
Bournemouthtango may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions on the
Site. The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to Courses shall always by the version in force at the time a course
was ordered or an offer from Bournemouthtango to deliver a course was accepted.
Courses/Worshops
To book and secure your place in a course, Full payment is required in advance before the start date of the course or class.
Our courses and taster sessions are limited, we recommend booking in advance to secure your place.
Taster Sessions
Taster must be booked in advance and paid for online. Please note that spaces for the taster classes are limited and are
allocated on first come first served basis. Make sure you secure your place by booking in advance.
We require a minimum number of students for Bournemouthtango to confirm a taster session. Bournemouthtango reserves
the right to cancel the taster session if that minimum number has not been reached and full refund or alternative session in
this instance.
Private Lessons
When you book a private lesson with Bournemouthtango, you are committed to taking the lesson on a particular date and
time as scheduled.
We rely on your commitment to uphold your part of the agreement since Teachers and Venues need to
be pre-booked.
If you need to change your booking we respectfully request that you furnish us with as much notice as possible. Private lessons
must be arranged and booked in advance via online payment, We do not accept cash payments and cheques on the day of the
lesson. Bournemouthtango requires a minimum of seven working days notice in order to cancel or transfer a private lesson.
Provided that enough notice is given, we will change your booking subject to availability of the instructor and studio space and
may charge for any costs of the initial booking, e.g. booking a studio space.
If changes are required to be made less than seven working days prior to the date set for the lesson, you will be charged the full
fee of the lesson plus the venue hire fee where applicable. Paid fees for either one-off private lessons or block bookings are
non-refundable neither partially nor in full. Bournemouthtango will endeavor to mitigate its losses in all cancellations. Arriving late
for a scheduled private lesson will result in reducing your session in accordance with that time.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason then Bournemouthtango requires 14 working days notice prior to the course start
date. If you have booked your course less than seven working days before the course start date, it may be possible in some
circumstances to offer a refund only if an alternative student is found to take your space.
A refund does not cover transaction fees incurred with processing the order. Other administration charges may apply to the cancellation
to cover any additional costs incurred by Bournemouthtango in preparation of the provision (venue hire, teacher’s fees) of the
relevant courses
A minimum number of students are required for each individual course to take place. If that minimum number is not reached by
the day after the deadline for booking has expired, Bournemouthtango reserves the right to cancel the course and in that instance
will provide a full refund of your fee or offer an alternative course you can attend.
Transfers
Once a booking has been made, you may transfer to a different course or class provided that you furnish Bournemouthtango with
at least ten working days notice before the start of the course. It may be possible in some circumstances to be transferred later
than ten working days but only if an alternative student is found to take your space.
Changes to scheduled classes
On some rare occasions, it may be necessary to make alterations to the start date, time, teacher or venue locations in order to operate
our classes effectively. All students will be notified of any such changes as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall
not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the student the right to terminate.
If Bournemouthtango need to change the venue for a particular class due to circumstances beyond our control then we will ask students
to be reasonable in accepting an alternative venue.
Bournemouthtango will use endeavour to ensure that the venue shall be the venue indicated on the website, but where this is not possible,
we reserves the right to procure the use of other venue(s), provided that Bournemouthtango give the student notice of any such change(s)
as soon as is reasonably possible. Any such change(s) shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not give the student the right to
terminate.
Bournemouthtango will endeavor to ensure that the venue shall be the venue indicated on the website, but where this is not possible,

Injury Waiver
You are obliged to seek medical advice before carrying out any exercise. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you hereby waive,
release and discourage all claims that you may have against Bournemouthtango for injuries of any manner from participation in the
Bournemouthtango courses lessons unless they are a direct result of Bournemouthtango negligence.
Amendment of Terms
Bournemouthtango may change the Terms and Conditions and any related policies at its own discretion. You should check this page
from time to time to stay up to date.
